8th & Ocean

8th and Ocean is a reality show that aired on MTV from March 7th 2006 to May 9th 2006. The ten-episode series follows a group of young professional fashion models as they build their careers at Irene Marie Models in Miami's South Beach neighborhood. Being young and beautiful isn't just about partying 24/7 and looking fabulous; it's also about working hard and booking jobs (while looking fabulous, of course). The series features ten models (both male and female) who share several apartments along the beach. Some of the models are veterans, having been in the business for over five years, including Tracie Wright, while others are clearly fresh of the Midwestern boat, like Britt Koth, a naïve 20 year-old model from Kansas whose Christian morals are constantly challenged in Miami. You'll also meet Kelly and Sabrina Aldridge, tall blonde twins who are Florida natives and never fail to turn everything into a competition. Other featured models include the arrogant yet beautiful Vinci Alonso, striking and experienced Talesha Byrd, and cute-boy charmer, Teddy Van Deusen.
