Nip/Tuck

Nip/Tuck is a television show on FX, home to Rescue Me and Sons of Anarchy, about Miami plastic surgery center McNamara- Troy, headed by Sean McNamara (Dylan Walsh) and Christian Troy (Julian McMahon). While Sean tries to keep things together at home with wife Julia (Joely Richardson) and son Matt (John Hensley), Christian womanizes and engages in less than savory business deals, often leaving Sean to clean up the mess he is apt to leave behind. Sean and Julia's relationship is challenged by infidelity, miscarriage, their family life coach, and other ruptures within their family, including the fact that Matt is really Christian's son. Christian copes with his sex addiction and the women he constantly juggles, often unsuccessfully. The people who request surgery from them often have interesting, suspicious, or heartwarming reasons for their visits to the office, and episodes center around the patients as well as Sean and Christian's personal interactions or connections with them. The series follows the men and how they are affected by their business, their personal lives, and their friendship with each other. MORE
