Epic Movie is a 2007 feature film directed and written by Aaron Seltzer and Jason Friedberg. It is a continuation of the parody concept of movies, including Date Movie and the Scary Movie series. Epic Movie focuses on making fun of the Chronicles of Narnia and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, although there are also references to other films like the Da Vinci Code and Harry Potter as well. The movie features the four Pevensie children of the Narnia books as protagonists. Lucy (Jayma Mays) receives a golden ticket from the museum curator who has been assassinated by an albino monk.
