Archer

Archer is an offbeat comedy spoof of the classic secret agent. Class, charm, brains, discretion; these are the most identifiable traits of famous secret agents. Sterling Archer possesses none of these traits. The show follows Archer's exploits, as well as the office of his super-secret spy agency, ISIS, where his overbearing, alcoholic mother Malory is his superior, and fellow spy and ex-girlfriend Lanna is dating someone new in the office. This animated comedy pushes the limits of humor as the characters lack decency and sexist, racist and inappropriate jokes are thrown around with little regard. The humor is mostly dialogue based as the jokes come at a rapid pace. Those who enjoy edgy animated comedies will appreciate the first animated effort from FX. MORE
