After being fired from his previous job as a producer and actor for a fairly popular comedy show, and having his home destroyed by a citywide explosion, Phillip attempts to live his life on a smaller scale as a normal citizen. With his shift in living style comes a new wide ensemble of characters, featuring crazy foes and fun allies, whom he must battle against and alongside in order to continue living his, admittedly abnormal, life.
