Two and a Half Men

Two and a Half Men is a comedic TV show about freewheeling hedonist bachelor Charlie Harper (Charlie Sheen) who has his style cramped and his life changed when his brother Alan (Jon Cryer) separates from his overbearing wife Judith (Marin Hinkle) and moves into Charlie's swanky Malibu beach house with his dim-witted and socially awkward son Jake (Angus T. Jones). Chuck Lorre, who would go on to create another CBS sitcom in The Big Bang Theory, created the show. Two and a Half Men touches on themes such as sibling relationships, dating, mothers, family, sex, all through the exploration of the lives of the men who make up this unique family unit and the (usually beautiful) women they are surrounded by. The show is full of quick-witted barbs, many of which ridicule the sexual encounters and history of the brothers, that will have sitcom fans in stitches. The show also stars April Bowlby as Kandi, Jennifer Taylor as Chelsea, Melanie Lynskey as Rose, and Kelly Stables as Melissa, composing some of the love interests. MORE
