You're Cut Off!

You’re Cut Off! Is a reality television series from VH1 about nine women who have been living the high life on someone else’s dime. Whether they are trophy wives, daddies little girls, or heiresses, these spoiled ladies have never had to work a day in their lives. Instead, they spend their time shopping, getting manicured and pedicured, and partying nonstop. In these economic times however, the people these women have been living off of have decided to cut the cord. Set up by VH1 to be on a reality show they think is called “The Good Life,” these princesses are about to be moved from the lap of luxury to the real world. Stripped of their resources and the conveniences they’re used to, they will have to become productive members of society like everyone else, by working, cleaning, and driving. Life strategist Laura Baron will help them through “princess rehab” with the help of celebrity guests, getting to the root of why these women feel they can’t become independent. All nine will have to earn privileges to complete the program, at which point their benefactors will decide whether or not they are fit to come home. These women have the choice to discover what there is to life besides money, but some may decide that anything but the easy life isn’t for them. MORE
