Crank Yankers

Crank Yankers is the Comedy Central show produced by Adam Carolla, Jimmy Kimmel, and Daniel Kellison, where puppets act out the situations behind actual crank calls. With show regulars and and celebrity guests making the prank calls, the puppet reenactments give us visual jokes to go with the hilarious calls. Some of the regular characters include the outspoken Gladys Murphy (Wanda Sykes), British pervert Niles Standish (Tony Barbieri), excited and mentally challenged Special Ed (Jim Florentine), Vietnam Vet Mr. Birchum (Adam Carolla), and loser Jimmy (Jimmy Kimmel). The town of Yankerville also includes rapping former football player Landalious "The Truth" Truefeld (David Alan Grier), the smooth Spoonie Luv (Tracy Morgan), passive-aggressive Hadassah Guberman (Sarah Silverman), exotic dancer Cammie, radio DJ's Boomer and the Nudge (Kimmel and Patton Oswalt), overly nervous Danny (David Alan Grier), and tons more characters voiced by stars like Kevin Nealon, Dane Cook, David Cross, Eminem, Seth Green, and Snoop Dogg. With ridiculous setups like Gladys reporting a giant turd to a towing company, Niles calling to ask about the best caulk for his bathroom, Special Ed celebrating his e-mail with "I got mail!", and Chip Douglas musically proclaiming "I'm Good Looking" to a plastic surgeon, there are plenty of laughs to be had on Crank Yankers.
