The staff at the Stern Talent Agency, where celebs, drama, and intrigue are part of daily life in and out of the office. After the company's founder's death, the agency is on the verge of bankruptcy and is in danger of collapse. If the place is going to survive (not to mention their careers), the agents must do what needs to be done to keep their existing roster of stars, bring in new talent, and secure some smart deals for their clients. They're a talented (and manipulative) bunch themselves, who will go through hell and high water for their bread and butter, so every battle they fight brings the agency closer to triumph - or ruin.
