Jane by Design is the ABC Family drama that follows the story of a teenager who gets an early start on her career. Formerly called What Would Jane Do, the light-hearted drama follows the life of Jane (Erica Dasher), a high school student who's life takes an unexpected turn. She somehow lands a job at a hip retail company when they mistake her for an adult, and soon the teenage girl is working as an assistant to a high powered fashion executive. Now Jane must figure out how to handle her tough new job in the cutthroat world of fashion, while still surviving high school and passing all of her classes. Her demanding new boss Gray Chandler Murray is played by Andie MacDowell, and the cast also includes Nicholas Roux, Rowly Dennis, India De Beaufort, Meagan Tandy, and Matthew Atkinson.
