Belle Collective

Belle Collective is a captivating reality television series that debuted on the Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN) in 2020. Premiering amidst the global shift for diversity and female empowerment, this engaging show uncovers a new narrative within the reality TV landscape by giving viewers a raw and authentic look at the lives of five successful Black women based in Jackson, Mississippi; one of the most historical yet undervalued cities in America. The five protagonists of Belle Collective are powerhouses in their respective fields. At the helm we have Latrice Rogers, a successful entrepreneur and founder of Goddess Lengths, the million-dollar virgin hair company. Next, we have Dr. Antoinette Liles, one of the few Black female dentists in the state, who seeks to expand her dental business while juggling a tumultuous divorce. Then, there's Tambra Cherie, a renowned radio personality and newly single mother, dealing with the aftermath of an ended engagement. We also meet Marie Hamilton-Abston, a self-made millionaire, nurse, and CEO of the successful Hamilton Davis Mental Health empire. Lastly, the show presents Lateshia Pearson, a thriving businesswoman who strives to rebrand Jackson by organizing a city-wide project, the Farish Street Historical District, while simultaneously juggling responsibilities at home.

Throughout Belle Collective, each of these women paints a vivid picture of her world, offering viewpoints and experiences often underrepresented in media narratives.
