Night, a call comes in, a man is standing on a giant road sign attached to the crossing bridge high above the California 99 Highway, and he's cutting his wrists, the road is closed in both ways and he's got an audience and a rescue is needed.

1999. Yugoslavia is being torn apart by warring factions. Amidst this, the Albanians want to purge their land of the Serbians once and for all. They desperately need to take Pristina Airport. If the Kosovo Liberation Army led by Brahim seizes it, the Albanians will drown the Serbians in blood. To prevent this from happening, a team of GRU commandos is dispatched to disrupt weapons traffic to the Albanians and defend the airport. The situation is dire.
