A House on a Cold Spring

The organization that wants to construct the factory needs land, on which Raisa's house is built. Ilya's stepfather, the head of police, helps it.

Someone blackmailed Arina: if she stays in the town, her mother will die. Arina tells Ilya about it. They feel strongly connected to each other. Ilya reveals that the hair that was found on the hat belonged to Arina's half-sister Eva. Turns out that Eva wanted to inherit a house on a Cold Spring, which Raisa wanted to bequeath to Arina.

Seriously ill Raisa gets to a hospital and vanishes from there without a trace. Ilya reveals Arina that Raisa is her birth mother.

By the age of 30, Arina has become a successful business coach. Raised in an orphanage, she is single and thinks that family and career are incompatible.
