Wynn plans to use the device to become rich and powerful, but he needs the help of a computer programmer named Twitch Williams to finish the project. Spawn targets Wynn and his cronies, leading to a series of action-packed battles between Spawn, Wynn's mercenaries, and various supernatural beings.
