Her conflict comes from the sudden resurfacing of her tumultuous relationship with her family after her father's proposition. Carlos Aragon, who plays the role of Anibal, is another of Lauro’s high-achieving offspring who's built his own political career. Anibal is a doting son, faithful to his father and his values, but how far will he go to secure his inheritance?

Osvaldo Benavides takes on the role of the youngest son, Francisco, a free-spirited artist who squandered his trust fund on failed art projects and now lives in the shadow of his more successful siblings. The other endearing characters include Joaquin, a compulsive liar and petty thief played by Mauricio Isaac, and Julian, an immature, flamboyant party boy portrayed by Michel Brown.

As the siblings are summoned back to their family home - their childhood battlefield - and the contest kicks off, a series of hilarious, endearing, and occasionally heartbreaking events occur, forcing them to re-evaluate their lives, relationships, and the true value of their father's wealth. Some chase the material wealth, while others seek to enhance their personal growth. The entire setup is designed to test their tenacity, investigating whether or not the siblings, driven by greed, rivalry, and old grudges, can put aside their differences and potentially foster a genuine family bond.
