Raising Hope

Raising Hope is a comedy TV series developed by Fox with Emmy winner Greg Garcia that centers on Jimmy Chance (Lucas Neff), a ne'er-do-well twenty three year old village idiot who skims pools, parties, and still lives at home, when his fun one night stand with Lucy (Bijou Phillips) turns into a long time commitment as she gives birth to his daughter – while she's in prison. Now, his eclectic family has to deal with the newest addition. His mother Virginia (Martha Plimpton) and father Burt (Garret Dillahunt) can offer little advice since they had him at fifteen and still have no idea how their son survived his childhood while his grandmother Maw Maw (Cloris Leachman) is a tad too eccentric to know which way is up. It might take a village to raise a child but it might take a whole lot more to help the Jimmy raise Hope. MORE
