The District Attorney is not satisfied with simply arresting the crooked auditor: He orders the arrest of his innocent board members.

The Guatemalan state health agency's 6-year contract for purchasing dialysis bags is about to expire. A new auditor (son of an ex-judge) is in charge of reviewing all of the bids and decides to make a private deal with an ex-girlfriend who works for a competing pharmaceutical company.
