It's the recession. Patrick's brother is arrested for robbery. Pressured by his mob family, Patrick is forced to poison a judge at a restaurant to keep his family together. Shot on location in Halifax and Dartmouth, Canada, 'No One's Watching' is a gritty film that takes us through the balancing act of ethics and desperation in times that host what is considered the worst financial crisis since the great depression.
