In the 2006 action-packed movie Crank, Jason Statham stars as Chev Chelios, a hitman living the life of luxury with his girlfriend Eve (Amy Smart) until he is poisoned with a rare synthetic drug by his rival, Verona (Jose Pablo Cantillo), while on a job.
