The Head

The Head is a short animated series from the MTV network which was produced by Eric Fogel. It is the story of a trade-school student, Jim (Gordon Barnett), whose head has mysteriously expanded to an extraordinary size. Not only that, an alien called Roy (Jason Candler) emerges from the mammoth cranium. Roy will be living in Jim's head until he can adequately adapt to Earth's environment. He also reveals that there is an evil alien named Gork who wants to destroy Earth. Gork is a parasite who will eat the brains of every human on the planet. He also destroyed Roy's home planet, so the good alien has an interest in wanting to help Jim save Earth and improve his own self-confidence. Now that Roy is in his head, Jim becomes more courageous and quick-thinking. He gathers the nerve to ask the name of a girl he's had a crush on for a long time, and he works with Roy and an assortment of "human anomalies" to solve their own problems and defeat the evil Gork.
