Entourage

Entourage is a show from HBO and Mark Wahlberg about the quintessential group of Hollywood 'boys' who made the move from Queens to the city of angels: movie star Vincent Chase (Adrian Grenier), the brother trying to get out of his shadow, Johnny Drama (Kevin Dillon), childhood friends Turtle (Jerry Ferrara) and Eric (Kevin Connolly), and big talking agent Ari Gold (Jeremy Piven). As Vince faces ups and downs in his career, the team of friends who revolve around him are affected as well, as they struggle to find their own place in the industry independently. In addition to their professional woes, Vince and his entourage are looking for Mrs Right- or Mrs. Right Now- at every party and screening they attend. While Vince has a line of girls waiting for him (and has no problem making his way through them), and Eric looks for true love, Johnny and Turtle have trouble finding any love at all, and Ari's work schedule doesn't make 'Mrs. Ari' (Perry Reeves) too happy. As Vince's star begins to rise, Eric takes on the role of his manager, deciding between making decisions as a business partner, or as a friend. Ultimately, despite their various conflicts and personal and professional woes, the guys look out for each other as friends and as a proxy family, stressing the importance of a solid entourage in a chaotic industry.
