Baby Face is a 1933 drama directed by Alfred E. Green. Lily Powers (Barbara Stanwyck) may come from a small town, but her ambitions are huge. She is miserable in her hometown, exploited by her father (Robert Barrat) as entertainment for the male customers at his speakeasy. When her father unexpectedly dies, Lily jumps at the chance to create a better life for herself.
