With exactly one week to go until the region 8 championship, Whitney journeys to the Giza Plateau in Egypt to perform a front walkover tutorial. The ancient Egyptians were experts on form and precision, building nearly inconceivable structures that today still leave modern man in awe.

With less than 2 weeks to go until regionals, Whitney is summoned to Buckingham Palace by the Queen to give a press handstand tutorial! Turns out the Queen is quite a gymnastics fan.
