A major snow storm is about to hit the city for the first time ever and it's also the first night of Hanukkah! But all city deliveries have been cancelled because of the storm.

Ruff-Ruff, Tweet and Dave find Santa's hat and set off to return it to him, to save Christmas Day - for without his hat, Santa can't drive his sleigh and won't be able to delivery anyone any presents! Along the way, they help their friends have their perfect Christmas, by singing them a special Christmas song and decorating their tree, and discover that the true joy of Christmas comes not just from the gifts that you receive but from what you do for others.
