The Protector

The Protector is a 2019 thriller movie directed by Thomas Napper and starring Emma Catherine Rigby, Rachel Allinson, and David Bamber. The story centers around a young woman named Hannah (played by Emma Catherine Rigby) who is hired as a caregiver for an elderly man named Tom (David Bamber). However, things quickly take a dark turn when Hannah discovers that Tom is not at all what he seems to be.

At the beginning of the movie, Hannah seems to be your average young woman looking for work. She's not afraid to get her hands dirty and is willing to put in the hard work to make a living. She comes across an ad looking for a caregiver for an elderly man, and she jumps at the chance to apply.
