The Lion

The Lion is a 1962 American-British drama film directed by Jack Cardiff, and starring William Holden, Trevor Howard, and Capucine. The movie is based on a novel of the same name by the author Nelson DeMille.

The Lion tells the story of Robert Hayward (William Holden), an American entrepreneur and big-game hunter, who travels to East Africa to hunt lions.
