The Big Bounce

The Big Bounce is a 2004 crime comedy film directed by George Armitage and starring Owen Wilson, Morgan Freeman, and Gary Sinise. It is a remake of the 1969 film of the same name, which was based on the novel by Elmore Leonard.

The film centers around Jack Ryan (Owen Wilson), a charming drifter and petty thief who has just been released from prison. Things get complicated when Jack discovers that Nancy is also playing him and that the safe is not filled with cash but rather with evidence of Ritchie's criminal activity. He finds himself in the middle of a dangerous game involving Ritchie, Nancy, a corrupt cop named Brian (Charlie Sheen), and a former judge (Morgan Freeman), who may or may not be on his side.

The Big Bounce is a stylish and fun crime caper that doesn't take itself too seriously. The film boasts a great cast, with Owen Wilson playing the smooth-talking Jack Ryan with his trademark charm and wit. Morgan Freeman is a standout as the wily former judge who seems to have his own agenda, and Gary Sinise is wonderfully sleazy as the developer with a hidden agenda.

The film's setting in Hawaii is also a highlight, with beautiful beaches and sunsets providing a stunning backdrop to the action. The soundtrack is also impressive, featuring artists such as Jack Johnson and The Black Keys.
