The Astonished Heart

The Astonished Heart is a British film from 1950. The plot revolves around characters who are involved in a love triangle. Barbara and Leonora are old friends who reconnect after a period of being out of touch. Barbara is married to a psychiatrist named Chris. One night while Barbara is out, Leonora and Chris begin a relationship. The beginning of the film is actually the end as the whole movie is a flashback. The first scene shows Chris's wife Barbara, calling Leonora to tell her something has happened to Chris.
