It highlights the pageantry of Mrs. Kennedy's state receptions by Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru of India and President Mohammad Ayub Khan of Pakistan, and the beauty of such landmarks as the Taj Mahal and the Khyber Pass. She is also shown mingling with the colorful garbed Indians and Pakistanis in market places, at horse shows and on the banks of the sacred Ganges River.
