Bloody Mallory

Bloody Mallory is a French film written by Stephane Kazandjian and Julien Magnat, who also served as director. The movie stars Olivia Bonamy, Jeffrey Ribier, Adria Collado, Laurent Spielvogel, Julien Boisselier, Thylda Bares and Valentina Vargas.

The film could be categorized as part of the action, comedy and horror genres. The movie is also influenced by the visual reality style that is conducive to manga and anime. This is mostly apparent during final scenes depicting the battle between the undead and Mallory during the church attack.

The story follows Mallory (played by Olivia Bonamy) as head of the government strike force that is dedicated to combating supernatural activities.

The team on these missions includes drag queen Vena Cava (played by Jeffrey Ribier), an explosives expert named Talking Tina, who is also a mute and a telepathic pre-teen, as well as armed agent Durand (played by Perkins-Lyautey). The group is assigned to protect a nun’s convent from assault by a bunch of undead monsters.

When attacked by unknown assailants, Durand is dead, while Vena Cava is injured and Tina is left in a coma. The new pope (played by Spielvogel) is kidnapped by masked strangers who are able to resist the pope's bodyguard bullets.

Mallory is reluctantly engaged to orchestrate the pope’s rescue after she becomes aware of a possible connection between the kidnappers and the attackers of her team. There are references to Necronomicon as a legal document including sections and paragraphs that relate to the conditions associated with summoning demons.

The kidnappers are tracked to a pocket location that contains a village which disappeared from the map years before. Priest Pere Carras (played by Collado) joins the team as a martial artist who was a bodyguard present during the pope's kidnapping.

The team’s search for the pope leads them to legendary vampire, Lady Valentine (played by Vargas). She survived a beheading at the time of the French Revolution. Her goal is to find fallen angel, Abaddon who will create a cover of darkness over the world.
