Anarchy Parlor

Set in Lithuania, Anarchy Parlor is a horror film that follows a group of American college students who are on a vacation trip in Europe. While there, they stumble upon a tattoo parlor owned by a mysterious tattoo artist known only as "The Artist" (Robert LaSardo).
