Bulletproof is a 1996 feature film directed by Ernest Dickerson. It is a comedy and action film that takes place in the city of Los Angeles, where a criminal named Archie (Adam Sandler) makes friends with Rock Keats (Damon Wayans), an undercover cop. Archie is unaware that Keats is a police man and unknowingly leads him to the top drug dealer, Frank Colton (James Caan), for whom Archie works. Keats has been trying to find and arrest Colton this whole time, but instead, he accidentally gets shot in the head by Archie. He somehow survives, but by the time he recovers, Archie has fled the state. Keats needs Archie in order to have someone who can testify against Colton in court.
