You Don't Mess With the Zohan is a 2008 American comedy film starring Adam Sandler in the titular role of Zohan Dvir. Zohan is an Israeli counter terrorist specialist capable of seemingly impossible feats of strength and agility. A fight with his rival, The Phantom (John Tuturro), leads Zohan to tire of the violence and he fakes his own death. Zohan goes to New York City in order to follow his dream of becoming a hair dresser. He eventually meets a new friend named Michael (Nick Swardson) who takes him in. Zohan gets a job working at a small beauty salon and quickly becomes extremely popular with the clients.
