The Inner Thigh Solution

The Gym Edition Sculpt Routine utilizes gym equipment for weight training of the inner thigh, and is is meant to compliment the Bodyweight Sculpt routine, but can also be done on its own. The 5 exercises are designed to maximize the impact on the adductors, toning and sculpting to give you the inner thighs you've been working for.

The Bodyweight Firm Routine utilizes bodyweight only, so it can be done just about anywhere! There are 5 exercises in this routine with 3 phases - restorative lengthening, neuromuscular activation, and sculpt & shape.
