Our trip through Tuscany takes us to: Colonnata, Carrara, Borgo with its Devils Bridge, Lucca, Pisa, Pitigliano, Sovana, Massa Marittima, San Galgano, Monte Oliveto, Siena, Montriggioni, Volterra, San Gimignano, Pistoia. Our conclusions are that this is worth a visit especially for the art connoisseur: Art is on every corner here, and always evokes amazement and delight: But also the historical aspects of this country. There is so much to see here and so much to 'ponder' on. We can recommend a cultural trip to Tuscany, especially in the months of Autumn and Spring. These are the months to explore the many historical sights, and to re-connect with our ancient past. It is an eye-opener!
