The incidents of the story talk about Seaaf neighborhood. The local neighborhood in the heart of the capital, Riyadh is inhabited by all kinds and nationalities of black people. The story merges into the hidden worlds of this poor neighborhood at the heart of the capital of the oil state that is The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The story is about Dayel, the son of a swordsman. His job is to execute death sentences. And there is also Shama the daughter of a Tagaga (Tambourine player) who has a band that sings at wedding parties.
