The New Adventures of Peter Rabbit

Inspired by the Beatrix Potter children’s story and filled with colorful animation, The New Adventures of Peter Rabbit follows the young, mischievous cottontail rabbit on his latest adventure. He has always been inspired by tall tales and will tell anyone within an earshot the latest one he has heard. One day, Peter Rabbit runs into Mr. McGregor’s hungry cat, causing him to tell one tale too many. After all, mother always warned Peter Rabbit to stay out of Mr. McGregor’s garden. Peter is ever the persistent rabbit and goes there anyway. He knows that sometimes you have to follow your heart and take chances and explore the world around you, much to the dismay of his mother.

He also believes that his sisters have been moved to Zanzibar, a place 30 miles away, which puts him into action on a memorable tale of his own. Peter is aided by the assistance of his cousin Benny, a chatty field mouse, a bright squirrel, a hilarious chipmunk, and an adorable cat named Perky, each filled with plenty of personality. After all, adventures are always more fun when you have a group of friends by your side to help you along the way. They know that when they work together, they can overcome anything that is thrown their way, no matter how big or how small.

Peter Rabbit is on the biggest adventure of his life, but is soon faced with some obstacles along the way in the form of a crafty fox, hungry cat, and hot-tempered hedgehog. Peter Rabbit and his friends better watch out! Before long, Peter realizes that doing the right thing is the only thing to do and with your friends by your side, anything is possible. He realizes the importance of friendship, kindness, and working together for a common goal.
