Shepherd, the commander who sends the soldiers on their mission and who's tasked with coordinating the rescue operation.

Overall, Starship Troopers 2: Hero of the Federation is a thrilling, action-packed movie that will keep sci-fi fans engaged from start to finish. Its narrative is more focused on the smaller-scale battles and the psychological effects of war, as opposed to large-scale conflicts showcased in the previous movie. While it may not have reached the same heights as the original, it still manages to be an entertaining addition to the Starship Troopers franchise.
