Ride the Eagle

Ride the Eagle is a heartwarming tale of family, love and redemption that follows the story of Leif, played by Jake Johnson. Leif is a struggling musician and stoner who's life is abruptly changed when he receives a posthumous letter from his estranged mother Honey, played by Susan Sarandon. The letter contains a final request from his mother asking Leif to complete a list of tasks that will ultimately lead him to discover the truth about himself and his mother.

The tasks are a series of challenges, each tied to Honey's past experiences and memories. Leif is given a week to complete these tasks and must follow Honey's list in order to inherit her cabin in the woods, where she spent most of her time.

The story follows Leif as he reluctantly embarks on his journey to complete the tasks. Throughout his journey, Leif is forced to confront his past, his estranged relationship with his mother, and his own sense of identity.
