Once Upon A Time In Triad Society is a Hong Kong gangster movie that is also a spin-off of the film series called "The Young and the Dangerous." It focuses on the character Ugly Kwan, who is a gangster. He survives a murder attempt and ends up in a hospital. While there, he thinks about his past and tells the audience about how and why he became a mobster.
