"No Excuses" follows the training of three physically, but moreover mentally strong woman in a male dominated crossfit gym, where each athlete, regardless of gender, is treated equally. From diversified backgrounds, each crossfitter, AGA, MARTA and MAGDA chose this extreme physical foundation as a way to discover their own elemental motivations and desires. We witness the physical strength of Aga, the mental toughness of Marta and the emotional endurance of Magda as they push their bodies exceeding their own personal limits. It's a movie the raises questions about human complexity, where woman are competing alongside men. What are their inspirations and motivations and what is the real meaning of crossfit to each of them. We will witness a fundamental human quest on each of them, trying to find the best of themselves and what compels each of them to excel.
