Nightmare Tenant

Nightmare Tenant is a psychological thriller movie released in 2018. The movie revolves around a woman named Dr. Carol Allen, an OB/GYN doctor, played by the talented Lauralee Bell. After a major tragedy in her personal and professional life, Dr. Carol decides to leave her current city of Los Angeles where she had been working for years, and move to a small town named St. Clair.

Dr. Carol finds a beautiful apartment for rent and decides to take it. The apartment is located in a well-established building with lovely surroundings. A young and attractive real estate agent, Sarah Matthews (played by Heather Hopkins), shows her around the apartment and tries to convince her to take it. Dr. Carol finalizes it and signs the lease agreement. She moves in with her cat and her belongings.

Initially, everything seems alright, but Carol soon starts to feel that something is off. Mysteriously, her cat goes missing, and items start disappearing from the apartment.
