Mothman

This horror film relies extensively upon the legend of the Mothman, a creature resembling a cross between a large flying insect and a human being. Starring Jewel Staite and Connor Fox, the movie uses suspense and some humor to recount a drama of karmic proportions relating to themes of justice and revenge. The plot concerns the scandalous death of a teen a decade earlier; when old high school friends reunite during the town's local celebration of the mysterious Mothman, people start turning up dead, causing consternation in the community. The deaths raise the question, is the Mothman a lurking evil?
