Like Mike 2: Streetball

Like Mike 2: Streetball is a 2006 American sports comedy film and a sequel to the popular 2002 movie, Like Mike. Directed by David Nelson, the movie stars Jascha Washington as Jerome Jenkins Jr., a talented but unsigned streetball player who discovers a mystical pair of shoes that give him incredible basketball skills.

Set in Los Angeles, the film follows Jerome as he competes in a streetball tournament with his friends against some of the best basketball players in the city. Although they initially struggle against the competition, Jerome's exceptional talent and his magical sneakers soon help his team to make their way through the ranks and reach the finals.

Along the way, the young basketball prodigy must also learn to overcome his ego and work as a team player, discovering that there is more to the game than just individual performance. Meanwhile, he faces competition from rival players who are jealous of his success and determined to defeat him at any cost.

The film also stars Kel Mitchell as Jerome's best friend, Michael Beach as Coach Wagner, and Brett Kelly as the wise and mysterious Mr. Montgomery, who helps Jerome unlock the full potential of his mystical shoes.
