Dean Cain and Kevin Sorbo star in a fun family film about a famous doll making company run by hardworking Rudy Schnieder (Eric Newcombe) when along comes nine year old Katie Jean (Katie Jean Sholtes) and friend, Connie (London Redell), who are the doll's biggest fans. Rudy's uncle whose investment has kept the company from going belly-up, secretly transforms the dolls into a high tech enterprise only for it to all backfire causing international chaos and leaving young Katie Jean to save America from World War III.
