Felix is a successful actors agent in Berlin who seems to have it all - great career, beautiful fiancee and about to buy his dream apartment. But when he meets Anna, the real estate agent selling him the apartment, a brief conversation with her unexpected turns his world upside down as he realises the one thing he's missing in his world is the one thing he must have at any cost - intimacy.
