Follow the rise and fall of ' Little Melvin' Williams, heroin Czar for two decades, in his own words. Melvin started out as a professional gambler, gaining the respect of the street but after being framed by a Baltimore Cop, for being a threat and incarcerated, Melvin vowed revenge.
