Johnny and the Sprites

Johnny and the Sprites is an animated children's TV series created by John Tartaglia for the Disney Channel that follows Johnny T (John Tartaglia), a songwriter who is brought into a magical fantasy world when he moves into his great uncle's house. A combination of live action and puppetry, Johnny and the Sprites takes a look at what it means to be human and the little life lessons that are learned along the way as Johnny brings a few of his magical friends to the real world after they introduced him to the fantasy world. His friends include Ginger, a spunky pink and purple Air sprite; Basil, a smart green and yellow Earth sprite; Lily, an artistic blue Water sprite; and Root, the shy baby Earth sprite. His backyard even houses Seymour, a rather hungry and ravenous Schmole.
