Scooby and Shaggy enter a race across Greenland, "The Polar Bear 3000," in order to stop Dr. Phibes' evil agents from transporting an Electromagnetic Device, that when detonated, will knock out worldwide telecommunications-and, in fact, anything and everything electronic.
