Gabe (Lukas Raphael) is in his late twenties, in a relationship he thinks is working well, runs a Bookstore and is vaguely creative. His life is fairly uneventful until Chloë (Carolina Perez), his career focused girlfriend breaks up with him and goes back to her successful ex, Emile (Daniel De Lange). To make matters worse, Chloë and her best friend Steph (Andrea Boehlke) is part of the circle of friends from college, which tries to navigate this new rift in the group.
